How much today is it that someone finishes a college and lives from
his school and the knowledge he has earned and earned from the hard
work?In my city, an obviously educated man is not worth anything! Today
in my hometown there are up to seven different sports clubs formed,
some newly formed early in the beginning and some others have a long
history. It's not much, but for this city it is.When
looking at a different situation in these clubs, about 2% of qualified
faculty graduates were engaged, who ended up to be able to work with
children and influence their development and skills, the other
percentage is people who have been raped and left in the club, percentage are not qualified persons for this job. It's defeating! What about people who are qualified and do not want to work in their call. These people are fighting for their existence, establishing their
families, living without permanent employment by doing some of the jobs
that bring them immediate earnings. They have a whole life at the
employment office.
How can everybody today be coaches? How can a non-qualified person in the sport work with your child how he thinks "that's good." Why
do parents sometimes do not ask, "Who is the person who trains my
child". Does he possess the knowledge needed in working with children of
that age, whether he knows and has skills and knowledge in science that
describes in detail the methods and impact of physical exercise on the body of a young man like many other knowledge in anatomy, physiology, hygiene and other sciences. It's
not a little how qualified a person has knowledge and can apply in
working with children, unlike someone who has trained, so his career is
over, so he can do it as a pantry in the club to do something by
training your child as trained by his trainer and his coach is the same as he started. I think that this problem is rooted in sports and that the law should be changed. It's not right that someone who just trained a sport takes away the work of trained people who specialize in such a job.Put
yourself in such a situation, you have completed a difficult faculty,
you have obtained a diploma and when it came to ask for a job they say
"you can not, there is no room, no work" ...

situation who is doing everything in your place , everyone who does not have a degree at all from that school will see you. You
will be patient for what year everything will change, you will get the
job you deserve, and it comes to some retiree and works in your place. You are angry, angry, disappointed, and bitter. That's how everyone got away in your place and you never did. Of course, that's not right! To whom to complain, to no one, because no one will hear you and nobody will help you.After

them !!!!
